Lung-MAP Sub-Studies Reference Table

The Lung-MAP Sub-Studies Reference Table is intended to provide quick reference/overview information and should not be utilized as the primary source of information for protocol conduct. Participating sites must reference the corresponding current sub-study protocol for the most up-to-date and complete information.

LUNGMAP NGS Testing Reference Page

The LUNGMAP NGS Testing Reference Page has the list of approved NGS-based assays. It also provides a quick overview of the criteria for use of a NGS-based assay that is NOT on the list of approved assays.

LUNGMAP NGS Test Guides and Sample Reports

The following examples are provided to help sites identify where to find a biomarker result on a NGS test.

Lung-MAP Prior NGS Test Flowcharts

The flowcharts below describe three pathways for registering participants to LUNGMAP when prior NGS test results are available and screening occurs at progression. If tissue is available for testing, refer to Section 5.2 of the LUNGMAP screening protocol.

  • Pathway 1: Test ON pre-approved list
  • Pathway 2: Test NOT on pre-approved list AND test shows presence of a sub-study biomarker
  • Pathway 3: Test NOT on pre-approved list AND test does not show presence of a sub-study biomarker

LUNGMAP Information for Investigators Sheet

The LUNGMAP Information for Investigators Sheet is a quick guide to help physicians discuss biomarker testing results on LUNGMAP.
