Sending Encrypted Emails from the VA
- There is a VA approved method of sending encrypted emails outside of the VA system from your VA Outlook. However, to use this system for research activities, you must first obtain ISO, PO & IRB approval for each study with which you intend to use it. After obtaining all the necessary research approvals, follow these 3 easy steps to get the Virtru plug-in for Outlook installed on your VA workstation:
