Webinar and Enduring Course Access
SWOG Quality Assurance Webinars are hosted via the SWOG ExpertusOne Learning Management System and are open to all NCTN / NCORP members. Login (with credentials used to access NCI systems) is required for participation in all webinars or subsequent enduring course postings.
For webinar participation, participants must utilize computer (or device) audio. There is not an option to "call-in" to the webinar.
After each live webinar, the recording and all course materials will be posted in the CTSU CLASS Learning Management System, and the "forthcoming link" placeholder will be replaced with a direct link to the course. Login (with credentials used to access NCI systems) is required to access the CTSU CLASS system.

CEU Certificates
CEU certificates are available for participating in the live webinar or post-course review of enduring materials posted after March 2024 (beginning with the Best Practices for Informed Consent webinar). Instructions for obtaining CEUs are included with each webinar announcement and subsequent enduring course posting. Please refer to the CEU disclosures document posted within each online course. In general, to obtain CEUs, participants must attend the webinar or review the recording in entirety and then complete the post-course evaluation survey.
- For participants who fulfilled the CEU requirements by attending a live webinar or subsequent review of an enduring course posting in SWOG ExpertusOne:
- CEU certificates can be accessed/downloaded via the SWOG ExpertusOne Learning Management System. CEU certificates are accessible under the "My Dashboard" section of the ExpertusOne Learning Management System >> “Certificates” link (until 1 year after the webinar or course completion).
- For participants who fulfilled the CEU requirements via completion of the enduring course requirements in CLASS:
- CEU certificates can be accessed/downloaded by clicking on the green 'certificate' icon after returning to the direct CTSU CLASS course link below or by navigating to the Transcript section of the CTSU CLASS Learning Management System.

Registration Required: Prior to the start of the webinar: Enroll to the SWOG ExpertusOne Course at: https://swog.exphosted.com/coursepage/304_enUS/ExpertusONE_27 (Login with ID.me credentials used to access NCI systems). We recommend enrolling by October 16, 2025. After enrolling, participants will receive a system-generated calendar invite with a link to the course.
This activity will be submitted to the Georgia Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. Georgia Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. To obtain 1 CEU contact hour participants must attend the entire webinar (via the above SWOG ExpertusOne course link) and complete the post-course evaluation in Survey Monkey (evaluation link will be shared during the webinar in the chat). No one with the ability to control content of this activity has a relevant financial relationship with an ineligible company.

SWOG offered CEU credit for participation in the June 20, 2025 webinar. To receive 1.0 CEU contact hour via webinar attendance, participants must have attended the entire webinar and must complete the post-course evaluation (via Survey Monkey) by 6/27/2025.

For staff who were unable to attend the webinar in real-time, 1.0 hour of CEU credit will also be available via a forthcoming course (in CTSU CLASS) (link to be provided below).
