Topic 1:  NCORP Clinical Trial Management: Feasibility, Implementation and Maintenance - Oh My!
Site management of NCORP clinical trials involves hundreds of moving pieces and dozens of healthcare professionals. Join Amy Koffarnus, BS, CCRP (Research Administrator – CROWN Consortium) and Cassandra Baumgart, MS (Director, Clinical Research - Ascension Wisconsin) who will share best practices and lessons learned about performing feasibility assessments, selecting NCORP trials that best fit their site portfolio and implementing those trials. In addition, information will be shared about trial maintenance and educating and managing site staff. Cara Laubach (SWOG Training Manager) will join to provide current SWOG educational resources available to sites. Please meet us at this session to ask questions, share your experiences/best practices, and identify ideas which can help your site (and others!) with NCORP trial facilitation.

Topic 2:  Navigating a SWOG NCORP Protocol
Let us be your compass to navigating a SWOG NCORP protocol.  Join your navigation crew, Mariah Norman, SWOG Clinical Trials Program Manager, Laura Gonzales, SWOG Quality Assurance Manager, Diane Liggett, SWOG Data Coordinator and Sarah Colby, SWOG Biostatistician, as we discuss an NCORP clinical trials roadmap, share experiences and answer your questions.

Topic 3:  Forms Follow Function
Have you wondered how to minimize data submission issues, errors or queries? This session will provide an overview of how to navigate study forms, discuss commonly seen data entry issues, and highlight key differences between forms in NCORP trials compared to NCTN trials. Mathew Eng, SWOG Data Coordinator, Samantha Wright, Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Carle Cancer Institute and Katie Arnold, SWOG Biostatistician will discuss how forms function and provide an opportunity for questions

Topic 4:  Let's Talk About Participant Follow-Up
Participant follow-up is a critical component for reaching clinical trial endpoints. Let’s talk about participant follow-up and retention strategies with Evonne Lackey, Research Director at Pacific Cancer Research Consortium NCORP and Ashley Tydon, Deputy Director of the Cancer Care Network at UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. They will facilitate a discussion so that we can share experiences, strategies and ask/answer questions
